Throughout this 4-week series for beginning yoga students Brinda will touch on the yogic philosophy as she leads you through basic postures and alignment, breathing, relaxation and light meditation techniques. Perfect for the beginner, students returning to their practice after a leave of absence or injury, or for seasoned practitioners wanting to delve further into yoga basics and philosophy.
