The studio co-owner, Dharma, gives classes that are infused with a sincere, understated yet wonderfully authentic spirituality. It is a small but expanding space tucked away on the second floor of an historic building (my elderly neighbor went there to the dentist when she was a girl). When you practice balancing poses, the slight tilt of the hardwood floor will challenge you, but the calming, filtered light on the purple walls will bring you back to your bliss.
If you live in Apex, the Yoga Garden could easily become your cherished neighborhood yoga studio. The teachers and fellow practitioners are friendly, kind, and welcoming. If you live a bit of a drive away (this is very commutable from much of Cary as well), I recommend you check it out on a weekend, especially a Saturday or Sunday morning, and then treat yourself to a treat at the cute new bakery across the street.Shana D., Yoga Garden Member
